Deep nose, touch of yellow spice, lightsmoky, nutty and yeasty notes, dried vegetal, peppery and floral aromas, yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Very firmly structured, concentrated, sweetish and tart frit on the palate, smoky, vegetal anbd yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, firm, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, deep and persistent, very vibrant, touch of oak, some peppery notes, hint of yellow spice, massive structure, without being really heavy, complex, still extremelyyoung, extreme mineral notes, more oak, herbaceous and mineral notes on a compact, long, grippinmg finish. Needs a lot of time to mature.
