Cool, fine and deep, but at the same time firm and deep fragrance with noble stone fruit and citrus aromas, some yeast, aniseed, salt lemons, vegetable to herbal nuances, light floral tones and earthy minerality. Very tart, firm, clear fruit, present, fine acidity and rich touch of ripe tannin, yeasty tones, intensive, again rather earthy minerality, dense and lasting, good depth, tobacco nuances in the background, lemon verbena, still hardly developed, very good to long, tart finish with a lot of grip and pull. Needs time.
