Translate to English Sehr kühler, hefiger Zitrusduft mit feinen Pfirsichnoten, floralen Spuren und heller Mineralik sowie an Hülsenfrüchte erinnernden vegetabilen Tönen. Sehr straffe, ungemein saftige und noble Frucht, präsente Säure, zupackend, kühler Stil, feiner Gerbstoff am Gaumen, im Hintergrund wieder helle Mineralik, kräuterige Nuancen, nachhaltig, gute Tiefe, viel Biss und ein Hauch Süße, noch kaum entwickelt, kalkige Nuancen, angedeutet nussig im Hintergrund, viel Griff, mit Luft zunehmend saftig, sehr guter bis langer, saftiger und enorm salzig-mineralischer Abgang mit Zug und wieder auch Griff. Legt über Tage zu.
