Somewhat vegetal and waxy scent of ripe yellow fruits with hints of light tobacco and fennel. Ripe, tart, melting fruit, waxy and again also vegetal aromas, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, has power, chalky mineral notes, a hint of black berries, certain power and melting, remains firm, some depth, very good, again rather tart finish with a little brown butter and again some fennel.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, sehr mineralischer und auch kühl-pflanzlicher Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit einem Hauch dunkler Beeren. Geschliffene, noch recht unentwickelte Frucht im Mund, erdige Mineralik sowie herb-pflanzliche und leicht nussige Töne, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, mit Luft zunehmender Schmelz und fast ölige Töne, noch etwas nachtrocknender Gerbstoff, gute Tiefe, recht konzentriert, sehr guter Abgang.
