2008 Forst Jesuitengarten Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat developed, slightly wilted floral nose of candied citrus and stone fruit with planty, mineral and hints of yellow-spicy aromas and a touch of wax. Quite firm, rather juicy, sweetish fruit, again partly candied, lively acidity, noticeable, somewhat sandy tannin, good substance and persistence, clear minerality, a little yellow spice in the background, also wilt-floral tones, persistent, has power, good depth, lots of grip, very good, taut, sweetish-juicy and mineral, also again very slightly tannic-rough finish with bite

Braucht Zeit.
