2020 Spätburgunder trocken Rosenloch, Baden, Germany

Delicate peppery-spicy and a little nutty scent of raspberries and black berries with quite distinct, a little rose-like floral aromas, hints of tomatoes and almost Mediterranean, noticeably ethereal herbal tones. Ripe, quite dense, tart-juicy fruit with nutty and very slightly cocoa-spicy wood notes, fine sandy tannin, certain power and persistence, juniper-ethereal hints in the background, smoky hints, lots of salt, some alcohol warmth, very good finish.
