Cool, slightly nutty-yeasty nose with white and yellow fruity aromas, a hint of herbs, spinach, and floral nuances. Slim, cool, and bright, completely dry fruit with fresh, bright juice and herbal to slightly floral notes, a touch of dark berries in the background, lively, fine acidity, some minerality and yeast in the background, quite an invigorating style, very good, cool finish with grip.
