A slightly smoky scent of partly candied yellow fruits with herbal-vegetal and subtly floral notes. Ripe, sweet-juicy fruit that again appears partly candied, fine, lively acidity and a bit of grip, smoky traces, some herbs, a hint of dark berries in the background, the minerality also appears dark, good sustainability, very good, quite firm, juicy and herb-mineral finish.
