2016 St. Laurent Brut, Mosel, Germany

Yeasty and light floral notes on the nose, vegetal traces, red berries, light nutty and earthy aromas. Sweetish, juicy red fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of caramel, medium-fine mousse, floral and herbaceous traces, light bitter touch in the background, fairly persistent, touch of light chocolate, integrated tannins provide light grip, good, sweetish finish. Would possibly have been even more interested with less dosage.
