Translate to English Süßlicher, etwas karamelliger Duft nach eingemachtem Steinobst und etwas mürbem Kernobst mit etwas wachsigen und vegetabilen Tönen. Entwickelte Frucht im Mund, leicht vegetabil und erdig, gewisser Säurebiss, ein wenig gedeckt und antrocknend am Gaumen, erdige Noten, schon etwas spröde, ordentlicher Abgang.

Kräftig und relativ fest gewirkt im Mund, feinsaftige Frucht und deutlich kräuterwürzige Aromen, feine Säure und merkliche Kohlensäure, leichter Gerbstoff, auch leider ein wenig phenolisches Bitter, etwas Kandis, nicht ewig tief, ordentlicher bis guter, nur wieder leicht bitterer Abgang.
