Somewhat muted, nutty and distinctly light-vegetable nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, chalky tones and a little yeast. Slightly muted, bright, at first rather soft, sweetish fruit, some acid bite and some tannin, again yeasty tones, vegetal and floral notes, a hint of red berries, mineral tones, gains some tension with air, nevertheless a little sweetish-floaty on the finish, with celery notes, a hint of artichoke and mushrooms.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
