Cooler, slightly herbal-plant-like and a hint of almond-like core fruit aroma with floral nuances. Clear, straightforward, again slightly almond-nutty fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, a hint of mushrooms in the background, good sustainability, suggested smoky tones, background minerality, restrained melt, hop-like nuances, very good, firm, bitter finish.
