2017 Heilbronn Löwenherz Lemberger trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Rather firm, somewhat coconut-spicy scent of mixed berries and cherries with ethereal herbal and slightly peppery aromas and a little mushroom in the background. Clear, polished, tart, almost cool fruit with moderate, slightly smoky wood aromas, herbal notes and a noticeable acid bite, fine sandy tannin, ashy to sooty tones, slightly drying, bacon-like notes, herbs in the background, very good finish
