Somewhat developed, dried-vegetable, slightly woody and meaty-animalic aroma of predominantly black berries with earthy and mushroomy aromas, some parsley and juniper. Tart dark fruit with bitter chocolate and smoky aromas, tart spice tones, dried herbs, vegetal nuances, pepper, smoky wood, a little juniper and lots of salty minerality, quite present, fine sandy tannin, has power but also bite, a little coffee, coconut and cocoa, very good, firm finish.
