Clear, tart, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, light peppery spice, moderate oak with smoky traces, persistent, quite firm and gripping, light acid bite, some depth, still young, salty traces, hint of bacon and mushrooms, some bite on a very good, firm, fresh, juicy, spicy finish.
