Translate to English Herber, etwas pflanzlicher und zart hefiger, auch ein wenig erdig-mineralischer und pfeffriger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Klar und geradlinig, wieder herb und eher erdig, nussig und leicht vegetabil als fruchtig, feine, lebendige Säure, noch ganz leicht deckender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige und pfeffrige Nuancen, hat Griff, guter Abgang.
