2011 Lemberger trocken XR, Württemberg, Germany

Dried herbs on the nose, light smoked bacon, earthy notes, predominantly black and a few red berries, spicy notes, hint of tobacco, light mineral notes and licorice. Ripe, juicy, very spicy fruit on the palate, light toasted oak, cloves and dried herbs, integrated fine, sandy tannins, light bite, persistent, full-bodied, some cocoa, has some depth, hint of bacon, salty mineral notes, very good juicy, spicy finish.
