Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almondy and a hint of smoky, spicy nose, light yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of gooseberry, pepper and redcurrant leaves. Clear, quite firm, juicy fruit with slightly grassy notes and a hint of dark berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, hints of mussel shells and salt, good to very good finish.
