Cool, bright, finely herbal and delicately floral nose with polished, fine yellow fruit notes and a hint of bacon. Slim and juicy, again polished, bright, completely dry fruit, very fine acidity, nutty and slightly herbal tones, persistent on the palate, elegant style, restrained smoky to tobacco nuances, fine asparagus notes, distinct minerality, some depth, very good finish.
