2016 Riesling Extra Trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Sweetish, somewhat yeasty and slightly herbal scent of candied citrus fruits and a little mellow pome and stone fruit. Clear, quite polished, sweetish fruit, herbal and yeasty notes, fine mousseux, good persistence, candy tones on the palate, lively acidity, mineral hints in the background, some depth, very good, sweetly juicy finish with bite.
