Geschliffene, saftige Frucht mit zartem Schmelz, einer Spur Weinbergspfirsich sowie angedeutet Verbene, lebendige Säure, hat etwas Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eine Andeutung Safran, Fassholz im Hintergrund, kreidige Töne, auch ein wenig Salz, sehr guter Abgang mit gewissem Pflanzenbitter.
