A firm scent of ripe black berries with cherry notes and a lot of peppery-ethereal spice, along with herbs, juniper, as well as floral and meaty notes. Ripe, somewhat preserved, quite juicy fruit, smoky-roasted wood spice, a bit of chocolate and a hint of vanilla, crumbly-sandy tannins, lasting on the palate, slightly jammy, warming alcohol, again dark ethereal notes, salt in the background, a bit of bacon, very good, bitter finish with a little smoky bitterness.
