Cool, firm-knit, still slightly smoky-reductive, somewhat almondy and finely vegetable scent of bright yellow fruits with a hint of wild herbs and meadow flowers. Cool and firm in the mouth, with well-integrated sweetness, a touch of rose and hinted honey, lively acidity, has grip from ripe tannins, good substance and sustainability, salty minerality, with lemongrass and Thai mint in the background, certain depth, very good, finely juicy and at the same time grippy finish with cool herbal aromas and noble juice.
