Cool, polished citrus nose with some apple, yeasty traces and a hint of hazelnut as well as herbal and floral nuances. Clear, juicy, not completely dry fruit with fine herbal-vegetable, yeasty and nutty tones, lively acidity, a hint of smoke, still very slightly reductive, mineral hints, certain persistence, good to very good, fine-juicy, delicately nutty-spicy and smoky finish.
