Still slightly reductive, yeasty and very delicately smoky aroma with fine, bright yellow fruit aromas, hints of lychee, floral nuances, hints of bacon and mineral hints. Quite firmly woven, almost tart fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, herbal and floral nuances, with air also caraway, firm structure, lasting, much light minerality, still undeveloped, smoky hints, slightly nutty, good depth, very good, taut, fine-juicy and mineral, with air also chalky finish. Still needs time.
