Delicately yeasty, herbal and floral, also a little reminiscent of courgette and fresh olive oil, stone fruit-citrus scent with still somewhat smoky-reductive notes and minerality. Taut, tangy fruit with yeasty, herbal and very subtle smoky notes, lively, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent, tart-mineral, still undeveloped, some depth, hints of pepper, has bite, floral nuances, very good, firm finish.
