Translate to English Herber, würziger, getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, zart nussiger und eine Spur hefiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Mineralik und einer Spur Karamell. Süßliche Frucht im Mund, feinherbe vegetabile und kräuterige Aromen, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat Biss, florale und schwarzbeerige Anklänge, erdige bis steinige Mineralik, eine Spur Hefe, sehr guter, saftiger, ganz leicht süßlich-verschwimmender, auch pflanzlich-würziger Abgang.
