Translate to English Leicht gereift wirkender, fester, etwas vegetabiler und deutlich erdiger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, Kernobst und auch ein wenig Steinobst mit viel herber Mineralik. Auch im Mund fest gewirkt, recht saftige Frucht mit erdiger und pflanzlicher Würze, ganz leicht gemüsige Anklänge, feine Säure und Kohlensäure, mittlere Kraft, sehr nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, kühle Elemente, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, sehr guter Abgang.
