2021 Nierstein Schloss Schwabsburg Riesling trocken "Rabenturm", Rheinhessen, Germany

Quite clearly herbal, also still a trace of smoky-reductive citrus stone fruit scent with mineral notes and a hint of black berries. Quite tightly knit, juicy fruit with present acidity and fresh herbaceous-vegetable aromas, a little caper berry, persistent on the palate with some grip, light mineral tones, still slightly yeasty and rather inaccessible, very good, tight, rather cool finish with not completely dry juice and lots of acid bite.
