Firm, distinctly herbaceous-vegetable, also slightly smoky fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, some green olives and artichoke, yellow spice and also peppery and a little bit reminiscent of kernel oil. Ripe, juicy, partly candied and sweetish fruit, vegetable, spicy and again reminding of pit oil, in the background olives, still a little sulphurous tones, nutty tones, almost a little nougat, slightly warming alcohol, very good, again sweetish finish
