Auch im Mund nussig und speckig, süßlich-schmelzige, leicht warme Frucht mit rauchigen und erdigen Noten, etwas Butter am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Kraft, zartes Bitter im Hintergrund, auch im Abgang relativ warm wirkend.
