Clear, fairly firm nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and peach fruit, prominent mineral notes, some dried flowers, hint of smoked bacon and a whiff of black berries. Bone dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, fresh butter, lively, elegant acidity, good grip and persistence, still undeveloped, prominent mineral notes, some avocado and pepper, firm structure, very good tart finish.
