Klare, geschliffene, kandierte gelbe Frucht mit Ananas und Holunder, dazu Kräuter und ein wenig Cassis, eingebundene, geschliffene Säure, noch merkliche Kohlensäure, hat gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, feiner Sortencharakter, guter Abgang.
