Firm, nutty and a little vegetal, implied smoky fragrance with cool, bright yellow fruity aromas and herbal nuances. Clear, cool, fine-juicy and tart fruit, a little reminiscent of hard pears, vegetal, delicately nutty and still slightly yeasty tones, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, light mineral notes in the background, a hint of chanterelles, has bite, very good, tight, again rather cool finish.
