2017 Schweigen Sonnenberg Pinot Noir trocken "Heydenreich", Pfalz, Germany

Firm, dense and deep, slightly toasty and a hint of bacon aroma of red and black berries with a little meat juice, pepper, dry herbs and distinct minerality. Firmly woven, youthful, concentrated fruit, peppery, smoky, slightly toasty and a little ethereal notes, nutty-woody tones, present, fine, ripe, yet youthful tannin with a lot of grip, persistent, deep and dense, still barely developed, ethereal notes, a little coffee, salty minerality, multi-layered, very good to long finish with tart juice, spice, grip and again a lot of minerality.
