Firm and quite deep, slightly smoky fragrance with yellow fruity, yeasty and somewhat vegetable aromas, floral nuances and minerality. Clear, firm, juicy, rather cool fruit, lively acidity, some grip and yeasty as well as slightly nutty-woody tones, persistent on the palate, good substance, delicately sweetish enamel, but also bite, fine vegetable tones, very good, firm, juicy finish
