2020 Lauf Gut Alsenhof Grauburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Nutty, somewhat warm aroma of ripe, partly candied pome fruit with slightly tobacco wood notes and vegetal traces. Ripe, somewhat sweetish fruit, nutty, smoky and moderately woody aromas, fine acidity, somewhat mellow tannin, good persistence, has melting and warming alcohol, a touch drying on the palate, not too deep, but gains with air, good to very good, again warm finish with delicate bitterness and at the same time some sweetness.
