Slightly smoky and implied toasty aroma with yellow fruity, woody tones and mushrooms with a hint of capers. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, nutty and somewhat caramel wood spice, smoky notes, grip of crumbly tannin and suitable acidity, buttery and bacon notes, good persistence, a hint of dark berries in the background, hints of Mediterranean herbs, a little salt, good to very good, melting and relatively warm finish with smoky and woody tones.
