2019 Lauf Gut Alsenhof Grauburgunder, Baden, Germany

Somewhat herbaceous and nutty aroma with fine vegetal aromas, citrus and pome fruit notes, mushrooms and smoky-bacony hints in the background. Firmly knitted, juicy, tart fruit, nutty, smoky and very slightly peppery-spicy tones, again also vegetal and herbal on the palate, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, compact structure, still young, good depth, mushroomy nuances in the background, quite clear minerality, very good, juicy, nutty and somewhat smoky finish
