Clear, polished, rather pale yellow-fruity nose with fine herbaceous-vegetal, delicately yeasty and nutty tones, hinted at bacon, white pepper and smoky minerality. Ripe, firmly worked, juicy, relatively cool fruit, fine, lively acidity, some grip, nutty and slightly smoky-specky aromas, lasting, good substance, certain power, lasting, very slightly sweetish enamel, still little developed, good depth, firm structure, clear minerality, very good, firm finish with emphasis
