Clear, rather cool, clearly fresh and vegetal, slightly reminiscent of celery, with light yellow-fruity notes and mineral traces. Clear, quite juicy, somewhat melted, light fruit, nutty and slightly smoky aromas, a hint of spice, earthy-mineral tones, some touch of crumbly tannin, very good, melty and nutty finish with a touch of dry herbs
