2018 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Straden Morillon trocken STK, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart nose, vegetal and delicate yeasty notes, light touch of citrus and pomaceous fruit, floral traces. Tart, fairly light-bodied fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty and muted, nutty and vegetal aromas, integrated acidity, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, smoky traces, fairly firm structure, fairly good finish, although still slightly muted, vegetal, floral and spicy notes. Still needs some time to mature.
