2018 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Ried Buch Weißburgunder Grosse STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm and quite deep, herbaceous, delicately peppery and a hint of floral fragrance with almost cool, light yellow fruity aromas, yeasty tones, smoke and clear minerality with bacon-like nuances. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm, juicy, light fruit, very fine acidity and delicate touch, yeasty, nutty and smoky tones, some bacon and herbal-vegetable nuances, a lot of power, lasting, candy tones in the background, very good, warm, melting and tart juicy finish with red berry and a little spicy notes. Should mature a little more
