Firm, somewhat nutty and herbaceous-vegetable fragrance, also slightly reminiscent of celery, with fine, light yellow-fruity notes and a certain minerality. Clear, ripe, juicy and melting fruit, nutty and delicate vegetable aromas, very fine acidity, light woody notes, a hint of smoke, minerality in the background, some warmth, good depth, very good, juicy, spicy and mineral finish
