Firm, a hint of smoky and delicately woody-spicy fragrance with yellow and green fruity notes, fresh green-vegetable aromas and clear, tart minerality. Firm, ripe, tangy-juicy fruit with very fine acidity and some grip, vegetal aromas again on the palate, mineral tones that are slightly earthy, a little melted, but also grip, lasting, good depth, smoky nuances, also a hint of mushrooms, still young, quite complex, very good, firm, again a little smoky finish with tart fruit and mineral and woody notes
