2021 Grüner Veltliner Eiswein süß, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Quite firm, somewhat green-nutty, vegetal to dried-herbal and hinted at asparagus fragrance of preserved pome and stone fruit. Relatively concentrated, firm, very sweet fruit with slight frosty notes, fine acidity, has some grip, quite dense and persistent, a hint of tea, resin and pepper, salty tones, a hint of horseradish in the very good finish.
