Firm, slightly chocolaty and toasty-woody spicy, but with air increasingly fruity aroma of ripe red and increasingly also black berries with tobacco aromas and a little Mediterranean herbs. Ripe, firm, juicy, relatively dark fruit with toasty and cocoa-spicy wood flavours, fine sandy, ripe tannins and some bite, tobacco nuances on the palate, a little Mediterranean herbs, persistent, relatively powerful yet elegant, salt and chalky tones in the background, very good, firm, tangy finish, again with bite.
