Nutty, delicately smoky and finely vegetal, slightly reminiscent of broccoli with warm yellow fruity aromas, a hint of sesame, almonds and light wood. Ripe, somewhat warm, melting, yet completely dry fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, again a little sesame and light wood, mineral in the background, delicately yeasty and tobacco, very good, firm finish with aromas of dried Mediterranean herbs, hints of butter and nutty wood.
