Tart, somewhat nutty and slightly earthy aroma of more red than black berries with dried floral aromas and a hint of pepper. Also in the mouth rather tart fruit, slightly nutty, peppery and hinted at tobacco spiciness, fine sandy, ripe, still a touch drying tannin, some bite, salty notes on the palate, some persistence, a hint of dried herbs, toasty traces, good to very good finish.
