Firm, somewhat smoky and very slightly bacony aroma of ripe black and red berries with dried floral and herbal nuances, a little cubeb pepper, moderate wood spice, black olives, Mediterranean herbs and a certain minerality. Taut, tangy, almost cool, rather dark fruit, some smoky and toasty tones, present, fine sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, lots of grip, good depth, distinct minerality, some peppery spice, Mediterranean herbs, quite complex, very good, firm, juicy and tangy finish with tension, minerality and moderate toasty notes.
